Oshara / Products

AI that runs on your data, in your environment.

Three products from our R&D team, each deployed inside your organization. Strata is the foundation: it prepares your knowledge for everything built on top. Try each one below. The demos use a fictional company and sample data.

The foundation layer

Oshara Strata

Strata makes the documents, data and processes you already have work for your AI layer. It connects them into a knowledge graph, augmenting what you run today rather than replacing it.

The same prepared knowledge powers two things: everyday operations, where people and agents get grounded answers, and fine-tuning, where it becomes clean training data for Forge, Timbre and our R&D work.

  • Connects to existing documents, systems and processes without moving them
  • Builds a connected graph of entities, relationships and sources
  • Prepares clean, versioned datasets for fine-tuning
  • Traces every answer to its source, and says plainly when it doesn’t know

Sovereign fine-tuning

Oshara Forge

Automates the full fine-tuning workflow, from your raw data to a deployed model, without your data or weights ever leaving your environment.

  • Starts from data prepared in Strata, or your own sources
  • Cleaning, labeling and training in one pipeline
  • Evaluation gates on your own tasks before anything ships
  • Human approval before every deployment
  • Runs in your cloud, on-premises or air-gapped

Voice AI fine-tuning

Oshara Timbre

Fine-tunes speech models on your domain, so voice agents hear the drug names, product codes, accents and jargon that generic models get wrong.

  • Speech recognition tuned to your vocabulary
  • Accents and languages your customers actually speak
  • Trained and deployed inside your environment
  • Ready to plug into your agentic harness

Used together

Move to agentic one workflow at a time.

With our delivery architecture, the products come together to migrate your current systems and content workflow by workflow. No big-bang rewrite, and nothing is switched off before its replacement is proven.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Anything else, ask us directly during a walkthrough.

Where do the products run, and who sees our data?

Inside your environment: your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, servers in your data center, or an air-gapped network with no outside connection. Your data and model weights stay with you, and nothing is sent back to us.

Which models can Forge and Timbre fine-tune?

Forge works with open-weight language models such as Llama, XTTS, Chatterbox, Sherpa-ONNX, Qwen, Mistral and Gemma, from small models that run on a single GPU up to around 70B parameters. Timbre fine-tunes open speech models for text-to-speech and speech recognition. If you already have a model you want to build on, we can review it with you.

What can Strata ingest?

Documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, HTML and plain text), spreadsheets and CSV files, scanned pages through OCR, and email. It connects to systems like SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence and SQL databases, and we can build connectors for internal systems.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. The products work alongside what you already run, and each workflow moves over only after it has proven itself on real work.

Are we locked into one model provider?

No. The architecture is model-independent, so you can use hosted models, open models or your own fine-tuned ones, and change later.
