Welcome to Oshara.ai. By accessing or using our website, services, or tools (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Oshara.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business or personal purposes.
You may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform, whether in whole or in part, or any content displayed on the Platform.
"User Content" means any and all information and content that a user submits to, or uses with, the Platform (e.g., content in the user's profile or postings). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Platform in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Platform; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oshara.ai and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
In no event shall Oshara.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
